Using Headings in Your Web Copy
A heading in web copy is great for two main reasons:
1) Readers scan them quickly, so you can put important content in them;
2) Google thinks they’re great, so they’re good for SEO.
By separating your blog posts, articles or other online content with keyword-enriched headings, you’ll make your copy more visually appealing. Using headings breaks copy into digestible chunks of information and makes copy easier to read. And, if you can sneak some keywords into them, you’ll make your copy more search engine friendly.
