Dragons Den Lessons
Today I would like to share some lessons I got out of my latest
adventure – the Dragons Den journey. Just over a week ago I pitched
my business to five Dragons. It was an amazing experience that
involved looking at my business from all possible angles and deciding
on where do I really want to take it. I think if you have a creative
or innovative idea you would definitely enjoy the Dragons’ Den
experience!

My top three Dragons Den Lessons:
1. Why do I really do what I do? I needed to answer this question to myself in case Mr. Wonderful (Kevin O’Leary) would call me a cockroach in front of over two million viewers! (He does that sometimes
The fact that you can’t let yourself down regardless of what people say or think about your business on a grand scale expands your vision and liberates the spirit.
2. Pushing yourself outside of the comfort zone always pays off. When you push yourself once a day, once a week or whatever metrics you use - you’re certainly will see fruitful results. Keep track of your brave attempts and you will be amazed!
3. Asking for help is OK. There are many people who don’t want to
complicate lives of others or are afraid to look weak. I can publicly
admit that I am one of those people. However, when I found out that I was selected to pitch at the Dragons Den I connected to as many people as I could to add value to my business idea. As a result, I met someone and was offered a unique opportunity with an amazing potential!
What was the most challenging and brave lesson you learned that can be
applied in business?
